At HARBOUR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
